Dr. Tyler Ashman DMD

Dr. Tyler Ashman grew up in Utah County just a few miles from where he now practices. He attended Timpview High School, and then served an LDS mission for two years in Mexico, where he became fluent in Spanish. On returning home, Dr. Tyler attended UVSC, and then BYU. Dr. Tyler graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry in 1993. Then he came back to Utah to join his father, Dr. James Ashman, at Ashman Dental. Dr. Tyler has been practicing for over sixteen years now, and during this time he has served as President of the Provo District Dental Society, and has attended numerous continuing education classes to better serve his patients. Dr. Tyler is happily married with five wonderful children (most of the time). He enjoys camping with his kids, boating, skiing, golfing, and hunting.

Dr. James Ashman DDS

Dr. James Ashman was born in Fillmore, Utah. He attended BYU then spent the following two years serving his country in Fort Sill, Oklahoma. He then continued his education at Northwestern University where he graduated from dental school with honors. Next, he completed a residency in public health in Seattle, Washington. In 1960, Dr. James moved back to the Provo area where he established his practice which has now been providing excellent dental care for almost fifty years. Dr. James is happily married and has eleven children, twenty-seven grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. When he’s not working at the office and managing the building, Dr. James enjoys riding his horses; especially in the Provo City Fourth of July Parade, taking his grandson for rides on the tractor, and tending to his garden.

Dr. Tyson Perrero DMD

Dr. Tyson Perrero was born and raised in Mapleton, Utah. There, he attended and graduated from Springville High School. Before serving a two year LDS mission in Finland, Dr. Perrero graduated from UVSC with an Associate’s Degree in Science. Upon his return he continued his education receiving his Bachelor’s in Science from UNLV. Dr. Perrero has recently graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry. While attending Louisville he received awards for outstanding achievement in Esthetic Dentistry, Dental Anesthesiology, Implant Dentistry, and Oral Science. Dr. Perrero is happily married to a very beautiful lady. Together they have one adorable little girl. Dr Perrero enjoys spending time in the outdoors, playing golf, football, soccer, and spending as much time as possible with his family.
